Ronald N. Tutor

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Ronald N. Tutor has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the September 2008 merger of our predecessor companies, Tutor-Saliba Corporation (”Tutor-Saliba”) and Perini Corporation (“Perini”). Mr. Tutor previously served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tutor-Saliba until September 2008. Concurrently and until the merger, he was also the Chief Executive Officer of Perini since March 2000, Chairman of Perini’s Board from July 1999 and a director of Perini since January 1997. Mr. Tutor is a Life Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern California. Mr. Tutor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.

Gary G. Smalley

President

Gary G. Smalley has served as President since November 2023 and is expected to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of �������ϲ����Ͽ� on January 1, 2025. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of �������ϲ����Ͽ� after joining the Company in September 2015.��Prior to that, he held several financial management roles during nearly 24 years with Fluor Corporation, a multinational engineering and construction firm.��With Fluor, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller for seven years, as Group Chief Financial Officer for one of Fluor's business segments, as Vice President of Internal Audit and in several other financial operations roles in Australia, Chile, Mexico and the United States. Prior to joining Fluor, he held audit positions with Ernst & Young and J.P. Stevens and Company. Mr. Smalley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Ghassan M. Ariqat

Executive Vice President, Building & Specialty Contractors Groups

Ghassan M. Ariqat has served as Executive Vice President of the Building and Specialty Contractors groups since September 2022. Mr. Ariqat previously served in several executive positions with �������ϲ����Ͽ� since 2008, most recently as Senior Vice President and Project Executive for the California High-Speed Rail project, one of the Company’s largest civil projects. He originally joined the Company’s predecessor, Tutor-Saliba Corporation, in 1987 and successfully managed numerous projects, including public works buildings, institutional buildings and wastewater treatment plants.

Ryan J. Soroka

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ryan J. Soroka has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2023. Previously, he served in various financial management roles of increasing responsibility at �������ϲ����Ͽ�, including as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since April 2017, as Vice President of Finance Operations from January 2015 to April 2017, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, from October 2013 to November 2016, and as Director of Technical Accounting for �������ϲ����Ͽ� from June 2011 to October 2013.��Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, most recently as Manager, Assurance and Advisory Services. Mr. Soroka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

William J. Palmer

Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer

William J. Palmer has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer of �������ϲ����Ͽ� since July 2020. He joined the company in May 2016 as Senior Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer. Mr. Palmer is responsible for driving growth, market diversification and expanding �������ϲ����Ͽ�'s service offerings. Prior to joining �������ϲ����Ͽ�, Mr. Palmer was Executive Vice President, Director of Strategic Alliances, North America for Tishman AECOM. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Business Development, Strategic Alliances with Hunt Construction Group, Inc. Mr. Palmer brings more than 30 years of experience to �������ϲ����Ͽ�, having spent equal amounts of time in both Canada and the United States. A specialist in Strategic Alliances, his career has spanned the fields of real estate development and construction management.

Anthony C. Fiore

Executive Vice President, Tax, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary

Anthony C. Fiore has served as Executive Vice President, Tax, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary of �������ϲ����Ͽ� since January 2020. Mr. Fiore is a finance leader and Certified Public Accountant with 31 years of global finance experience working for multinational publicly held companies spanning various industries. He has served in leadership roles in global tax, treasury, internal audit and corporate restructuring, as well as insurance, claims and risk management. Most recently, he served as Chief Tax Officer at XPO Logistics. Prior to that, Mr. Fiore served as Senior Vice President, Global Tax, Insurance and Risk Management at The Hertz Corporation for nearly a decade. He began his career in the tax practice of Arthur Andersen & Co. in New York City. Mr. Fiore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Fordham University.

Kristiyan D. Assouri

Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer

Kristiyan D. Assouri has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since October 2023. Bringing her extensive experience negotiating large capital infrastructure projects in the U.S. and abroad, Ms. Assouri joined �������ϲ����Ͽ� in October 2019 as the Assistant General Counsel supporting the Company’s innovative project delivery pursuits. Prior to that, she held various legal and executive level positions in both public agencies and private companies for more than 20 years. Ms. Assouri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in international commercial arbitration from the University of Stockholm, School of Law.
